    锅内放油把酱料炒至出油。Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry the blended sauce until fragrant.

    沸腾后,加入姜花和鱼。Add ginger flowers and fish.

    Step 4

    加入亚叁膏水后调味。Add the Assam paste water and season to taste.
